For custom programming, once we get your requirements we'll put together a quote/estimate and forward it back to you.

For Video/audio integration, we'll first put together a questionnaire that we will need you to complete. This questionnaire typically helps us determine your bandwidth/volume requirements. This information is required for us to determine the most appropriate Flash hosting environment. Once completed, we will forward the estimate/cost to you. Please note that there is NO COST incurred for the design, planning and implementation.

For Video/Audion Integration, if you accept the estimate, we will then contact you and negotiate a start and end date for this project and forward a contract agreement that will need to be signed off prior to commencement. For larger businesses that typically have their own technical team, we will require a technical contact to help us upload changed and to give us access to test environments etc.. For smaller businesses, the owner typically gives us access to their web server through their ISP or direct access. In this way, we typically do the installation ourselves. Upon website completion, we send you a link for review. At this stage, you can advise us of any changes that need to be made.
