This document contains Terms & Conditions that you must agree to, in order to use our service.

Payment Issues

For your convenience, New Dawn Solutions takes payments from you in three installments.

Installment 1: You make 10% payment and order a prototype. This payment will be non refundable.

Installment 2: Once you approve a prototype, you make 40% payment of your total project cost. This payment will be refundable if you are not satisfied with the work.

Installment 3: Once you are fully satisfied, you make last installment of remaining 50% of your actual project cost, and we launch your website on internet.

Refund Issues

Only second installment is refundable. No refunds will be made for prototype stage or after the finished website has been launched.

Project Requirements Issues

Web design Packages:

The Prices listed against each web design package are only for the given set of features. Any additional feature for these web design packages (e.g. integrating paypal to your 12 page static web design package) will be charged according to the time and effort required to complete the feature.

Customized dynamic website Package:

Prices are decided for your customized large dynamic website orders after receiving detailed requirements through your quote. After you submit a quote, one of the representative of our Marketing Department will get in touch with you. Work starts on your website once both parties have agreed on the price and project deadline.

The agreed price will only cover the agreed set of features/requirements. Any new or additional requirement/feature that were not specified in the initial agreement will be charged extra according to nature and complexity of feature/requirement

Beta Release and After Sale Support Issues

New Dawn Solutions will offer you free after sale support for a period of 3 months. This should be considered the Beta release period. All customization changes, problems and errors will be fixed without any charges during this period. You will be required to evaluate the delivered website for yourself and provide the reviews. Any changes or errors provided after this period will be charged according to time and effort required.

Free Web & Domain Hosting Issues

All our web design & development packages offer free web hosting and free domain registration. However, in this regard, it should be noted that all the web content and database will be handled by our Server Administration Department. You will not be provided with any FTP account or control panel to manage your web content.
